boredKaren has joined the Superstar ranks having achieved 100 Workouts at Curves.  She said she has noticed she is in better shape and has more energy and has lost weight.

Curves is different from other gyms because, “the fact it only takes 30 minutes means it is easy to fit in”, says Karen. “The circuit stops you getting bored and it’s much more friendly!”

Making friends at Curves

“Making friends and having fun at Curves”

curvesIt’s part of the agenda!  Sue has achieved an amazing 600 workouts at Curves and just keeps coming back for more!  Her granddaughter, Sophie, has joined now too, so Grandma is obviously a great role model!

Judi is an incredible role model for women starting exercise in retirement and keeping it up!  Judi has now done 500 workouts, after just 2 and a half years of exercise at Curves.

Always encouraged

Sue, looking proud, and rightly so, of her 100 Workouts Certificate! Positive benefits that Sue has noticed are:

  • more energy
  • slimmer
  • dress size smaller
  • more mobile

We can definitely vouch for that last one!  When Sue first joined she could only do the last 4 stretches on the chair. When she managed to do them on the floor we were so proud of her we took a picture! … And here it is:

In fact, another member noticed Sue’s impressive progress too and anonymously donated a gift voucher so that Sue could go on the Advanced Coaching System, Curves SMART, which Sue couldn’t afford.  I’d call that more than being friendly!
