100’s and 100’s Stronger
Congratulations to all our “100 Workout” stars over the last few months. Check out their comments underneath. Here’s what they all said about the benefits they’ve noticed from working out on our Strength and Cardio Workout!
Sonja (no pic) – generally fitter, legs & arms are stronger

Wendy – positive, friendly staff, no chance to get bored, individual monitoring by your workout goals, regular assessments of progress by the staff
Michelle – I love the fact it’s ladies-only; you never feel bored because of the circuit which keeps you moving; you always feel positive, encouraged and happy whenyou leave because of the support from the coaches; you feel part of a club not just a gym!
Caroline and Sue – structured workout, works whole body, continuous input from coaches, friendly and encouraging atmosphere.
Beau – ladies-only, friendly, the team are lovely andhelpful and they work with you – if I can’t get to Curves for any reason, I miss it! 🙂
Gaby – well structured routine; there is always an instructor around to help; it has an end and a beginning that is well-defined; always positive motivation plans and suggestions going on to keep you interested and involved; you feel part of a family!
Kate – encouragement from staff; always polite & friendly; high standards and clean!; a lovely community feel!
Lyndsay –pleasant and friendly gym; motivates all people; non-judgmental; machines are always available; people who attend the gym are of all different ages, ability and sizes. This allows for fun atmosphere as well as working hard.
Linda – this is my first ever gym and I would recommend going to Curves. They all motivate you and they give encouragements and you can have fun while you go round, even on a theme day. I can’t fault it at all. It means a lot to me. I even go with a friend and we encourage each other. I wouldn’t go to any other gym – this is the BEST!
Neena – Good for women of a certain age!; women- simple circuit that is timed.
